Turns out I’m not crazy, and you can develop allergies later in life!! So, for all my fellow people who never experienced this as a kid, and now spend all of the spring crying + scratching… Self Magazine published this great guide on how to manage adult-onset allergies 🙌
What’s worked for me: taking allergy meds before spring truly hits so I’m READY once everything is covered in pollen.
