Hi friend,
It’s spring cleaning season.
That’s been extra true for me this year as I’ve been decluttering my old childhood home containing decades of family stuff.
I’m a very sentimental person who gets stressed with clutter. Trying to appease both of these personalities can be very challenging.
So, if you’re going through a similar season of purging + cleaning, let me be the one to tell you: you can toss it.
You don’t have to hold onto everything.
Hold onto things that bring you joy and have a purpose. But everything else? You don’t need it. Especially if it’s causing you more stress to hold onto it.
I’ve left some of my favorite mindful decluttering tips below as well, in case you’re in need of more tactical advice.
But, reminding you and myself, we don’t have to hold onto everything.
with warmth + love,
N
