I truly can’t believe it’s been over 3 years and 100 issues of writing to you.
We’ve gone through a lot together. Heartbreak and loss, chaos and stress, celebration and joy… and honestly, I’m really proud of us.
I’m proud of us for still being here, regardless of all of the other things going on in our lives. In spite of it all, we’re still here.
I’m proud of us for leaning on one another and lifting each other up.
And I’m so endlessly thankful to you for continuing to read these letters, for your kind comments that made this little warm space on the internet even better, and for making me feel less alone in this messy life.

Whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed and struggling to know what to do, I try to go back to simplicity. Simplicity as in clear suggestion lists, like this one from Chris Guillebeau on what to do when you aren’t sure what to do (sounds accurate).
Here’s what I’m trying from the list this week:
Breathe deeply for at least one minute
Delete something from your calendar
Declutter a small area of your space
